Plain-language red flags
Alongside your score, the audit surfaces specific items that commonly cause confusion — such as a financed price well above the cash price, a battery cost hidden inside a total, a missing contractor license, or unclear PTO responsibility. Each flag is described neutrally so you know exactly what to ask about. The audit never labels an installer a “scam” or promises guaranteed savings — it simply points to what is missing or unclear.
